Infopark was established in a green belt, close to the university city, in an excellent location and with telecommunications facilities. The office complex was designed by Stúdió 100 and developed in two phases and was handed over in 2000. The building has also received LEED Gold green certification.
The building complex consists of a three- and four-storey block connected by a cylindrical glass atrium, creating a unique main lobby space for the building's tenants. On the other side of the block, a glass atrium also connects the wings, where the restaurant's guest area has been created towards the courtyard with a terraced in between. Building A of Infopark is surrounded by a huge green park, so users of the building can directly enjoy most of the green space of the campus.
